Chilled before drinking. Clear, dark oat straw color. Enhanced apple, peach and citrus aromas. Smooth yet tangy and dusty mouthfeel, medium body and a 400-grit texture. Apple, peach, cooked Kieffer pears, and light lemon flavors. VERY FRESH crisp acidity with a medium length wonderful dry dusty mineral finish and a bitter fruity aftertaste. WOW the crisp freshness and minerality were OUTSTANDING. The dinner was not spicy and the pairing was really just OK; however, it became very delicious sipping without food after the dinner. In the end we called it a delightful fresh and savory Vermentino.
