He said: Served chilled; removed from the refrigerator 20 minutes before drinking. Pale yellow color. Light apple aromas. Dry, somewhat crisp ripe apple taste and a medium-long slightly tart finish. Its not bad for an inexpensive Italian white and quite good with the grilled salmon.At $8.79 this is a very inexpensive white wine, not great, but clearly in our recommended category.
