He said: Chilled before opening. Clear, light lemon color with just a slight greenish tint. Intense fresh floral and, melon aromas that gives the wine a GREAT start. Fresh cut melon and ripe nectarine in the taste and by mid-palate it’s really lush and fruity. Than it ends dry, with just a touch of crisp citrus in the long tart finish than ends with a slight bitterness. An unusual Italian white that was delicious and a true BARGAIN.
She said: Clear, pale yellow color with a slight effervescence. Fruity aroma led to a light fruit taste and a crispy mouth-feel that morphed into a tartness and stayed to the end of the finish. Although the wine did not complement the salad well, it was very good with the cheese and sipping alone.
