Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Light fresh cut grass, ripe apple and melon aromas. Soft mouth-feel with lots of crisp acidity; refreshing citric flavors and ripe apple taste that go on all the way to the end of the long slightly tart, but supple finish that has abundant mineral at the end. Clean, fleshy and a perfect pairing with the creamy ranch dressing on the salad…the acidity cleared every mouthful. It’s so smooth and flavorful it’s a wine you could drink all afternoon sitting on the patio. This easily fits into our Quality wine at a Bargain price category. There is a lot going on in this wine and I think it’s OUTSTANDING and real a sleeper…try it, you will not be disappointed.

She said: The mild pleasant fruity aromas blossomed into an even more delicious fruity and citrus flavors that lasted into the very long finish. The wine was dry, zesty and smooth as silk. It complemented the salad and with my vinegar addition beautifully made the dinner an upbeat experience in spite of its low calorie content. Hey, why not put your calories into the wine? This is a bargain wine at $14.40 and I would buy it again especially for a salad.
