He said: Served chilled, removed from the refrigerator 20-minutes before drinking. Clear, pale wheat straw color. Quite strong ripe pear aromas. Strong apple and citrus fruit taste. Medium-length, slightly crisp finish that has a creamy texture and a dryish, tart taste. As it warmed the nice mineral in the taste became more pronounced. Slightly dry, but the floral in it gave an illusion of sweetness. It’s better than “not bad” but not great. At $11.00 it has to be called “pretty good”…it’s refreshing, easy drinking and a good value…what more can you ask at this price point?
