He said: Chilled before opening. Clear with just a trace of lemon yellow color. Pungent grapefruit aromas. Mouth puckering grapefruit taste, than was actually sour and continued through a long tart citrus finish. Drinking alone before dinner it made the moth tingle with tartness. Drinking with the salmon it was “not bad” at best. Would I buy it again, not a chance.
She said: Very citrus aroma and taste with depth of flavor that lasted into the long finish. The grapefruit taste is overwhelming when sipped alone and it only improved slightly when the salmon dinner arrived.
