He said: Chilled before drinking. Light wheat straw color. Ripe green apple with hints of citrus and floral aromas. Crisp, yet slightly creamy apple, citrus and tropical fruit taste that has a tad of mineral in the long smooth finish. Quite delicious and FABULOUS with the lemon Greek chicken. Well balanced, wonderful with food and a GREAT buy at $9.60. Maybe not in the Outstanding category, but I easily rate it a Quality Wine at a Bargain Price…it’s a GREAT value for the price.
She said: This wine was so good with the dinner I wanted to eat more just to enjoy the pairing. I didn’t because I have a “no stuff” policy! The first sniff was OK and nothing special, but the flavors that reached my mouth sung a whole different song. Lots of flavors including citrus and green apple and a verynice mineral element. If Ray would buy it by the case we would have Creek Chicken every night! I loved it.
