Chilled before drinking. Clear, very light wheat straw color. Fresh cut grass, citrus and a hint of goose berry and Jasmine aromas. Smooth, dusty and lively mouthfeel, light body and a 100-grit texture. Tantalizing fresh Granny Smith apple, peach and tart grapefruit flavors with a limestone mineral taste. Lots of fresh acidity and a medium length dry grapefruit and mineral finish. WOW, edgy fresh, filled with flavors and lots of texture for a Sauvignon Blanc. Noteworthy paired with the chicken Marsala and a delightful sipping wine. It was elegant wine and the wonderful balance really made it special. We really liked this very much and called it outstanding Sauvignon Blanc.
