Chilled before drinking. Clear, oat straw color. Strong citrus, mineral and grassy aromas with hints of jasmine. Smooth, light and very slightly creamy mouthfeel, light to medium body and a 400-grit texture. Strong lemon, fresh melon, Florida grapefruit and saline mineral flavors all intertwined in a interesting grassy taste. Fresh medium acidity and a long citrus finish. WOW what a fun wine…easy drinking, lenient and filled with all things good!!! Very nice paired with the chicken kabobs and everyone should love it as a sipping wine. It’s a wine you wish never had a “last” pour. We called it a delicious and genteel Sauvignon Blanc.
