He said: Very light straw color. Faint citrus bouquet. Fruity taste with a short crisp fruit finish. Pleasant, refreshing, crisp white wine with good acidity. This was GREAT with the roasted garlic. At $8.75 it’s a bargain and a true thumbs up Sauvignon Blanc.
She said: I don’t suppose many wine drinkers choose to eat large hunks of roasted garlic on stone ground crackers, but we do and this wine was great with it. The very light bouquet and flavor was a perfect complement to the garlic and the light body and smoothness that persisted into the short fruity finish. Medium dry with soft tannins this wine was delicious. A bargain at $8.75.
