Chilled before drinking. Clear, almost colorless, just a slight lemon color tint. Potent banana pudding aroma with wisps of pineapple. Silky smooth, slightly creamy with a 1,000-grit texture. Robust banana, coconut and yeasty flavors that just continue on and on in a tranquil mouth-feel that ends with a slight tart upturn. WOW, a savory sake that paired perfectly with the lightly seared fresh tuna. A real treat and a scrumptious Sake.
