Served at cellar temperature. Clear, oat straw color. Pear, Granny Smith apple and honeysuckle aromas. Silky smooth and spirited mouthfeel, light-medium body and a 200-grit texture. Strong pear, green apple and pineapple flavors. Lusty bright acidity and a long dry and tart finish that tastes just like the bouquet. WOW, WOW, an unusual grape variety that has really yielded a wonderful fresh and lively white wine. Outstanding paired with the apricot chicken and very pleasant sipping after the dinner. We thought this was a fun and delicious white wine and easily call it a Quality wine at a Bargain price.
