He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, Pale yellow/green color. Tropical fruit aromas with hints of floral. Smooth as silk mouth-feel and a VERY SOFT, slightly tart mineral and tropical fruit taste that continues through a fairly long finish. VERY delicious, EASY DRINKING wine. Outstanding with the pesto sauce, but I’ll bet it would be good with most foods. This is one of those unique wines that I’d like to always have in the cellar because it’s so versatile. I’ll call this an OUTSTANDING food friendly Italian white…in spades!!!
She said: Light greenish yellow color, clear, sparse and thin well moving legs. Nice scent of sweet light fruit gave way to delicious fruit and mineral flavors, light body, dry and smooth sensations on the palate. The finish held on to the sense of smoothness. The wine went with the pesto exceptionally well and with the salad well enough to do again. I am very positive about this wine especially with this dinner and would buy it again in a flash.
