Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Dark oat straw color with tints of pink. Slight floral, apricot and fresh green aromas. Stone fruits and LOTS of mineral in the taste. Long, dry, slightly tart finish. Smooth as silk, but still with a little crispness at the end. GREAT balance of flavors and acidity. Perfect with the salad, garlic soup and salmon dinner. Delicious wine that’s very easy drinking. Our first Slovakian wine and it was terrific. A GREAT value for the price.

She said: Golden yellow, clear, fat, worm-like slow moving legs. Mild fruity aroma followed by delicate favors. Smooth and dry, the wine has a fading but dry finish that went well with both the salad and a cookie dessert.
