Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, almost colorless. Damp basement, light citrus and pungent asparagus aromas. A taste that begins fairly smooth and slightly creamy with a light citrus flavor, but suddenly at mid-palate it took a sudden turn that was mouth puckering and unpleasantly bitter. We bought several different bottles of Italian Pinot Grigio at the local grocery store with the expectation of finding a good inexpensive Italian Pinot Grigio. This was clearly not the one we hoped to find. Unfortunately this is a wine we don’t recommend.

She said: Clear, very light golden yellow color. Mild, pleasant fruity aroma followed by a slight citrus flavor that quickly changes to a bitter unpleasant flavor that lasts into the unfortunately long finish. The wine lacks the
crispness I expect from a Pinot Grigio and has a hint of creaminess. It was smooth and medium bodied, but the bad tasting finish completely ruins the experience.
