He said: Served chilled. Crystal clear and almost colorless…just a tiny tint of oat straw. Fantastic, strong very ripe apple and floral bouquet. Soft as silk citrus, green apple and pear taste that goes through a long crisp finish. This has to be the SMOOTHEST Pinot Grigio we’ve ever had and a taste that lasts several minutes. It was simply GREAT with the scallops and just as good when sipping after the meal. As a lover of Pinot Grigio this goes to the top of my list and sets the bar for others in the future!!!
She said: I am purring as I write this because I’m drinking the perfect wine with a perfect dinner. Absolutely delicious! And especially appreciated because the wine and the lemony flavor were so in harmony. As I savored the dinner I could not help but sip at the wine with every taste because they were so good together. The pairing was fabulous but honestly the wine was a stand out on its own. It is crisp and dry as you would expect a Pinot Grigio to be but it surpassed all expectations. With tartness but not bitterness at the end it emerged as a perfect choice for the dinner.
