He said: Chilled before drinking. Very pale yellow/green color. Fruity aroma. Smooth, dry and slightly acidic (but not a crisp) mouth-feel; melon and ripe apple taste with hints of stony mineral that continue through a fairly long finish. This has to be categorized as a “not bad” white blend, but it lacks the light refreshing flavors and crispness of traditional Pinot Grigio. There are lots of better Pinot Grigio’s available for less money.
She said: Clear, medium golden yellow color. A mild, pleasant fruity aroma is followed by a mouth-feel that has a medium body, pleasing acidity and mild flavor. The wine is more mellow than crisp and has a long finish with a touch of bitterness. A drinkable wine, but not one I would look forward to drinking again.
