Lightly Chilled before drinking. Strong green apple, Kieffer pears right off the tree, citrus and mandarin orange aromas with hints of Confederate Jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides) flowers. Smooth, dry and creamy mouthfeel, medium to full body and a 150-grit texture. Robust apple, Sickle pears, lemon and tangerine flavors. Rousing edgy acidity with a medium length invigorating citrus and mineral-like finish that ends with just a touch of honey…DELICIOUS!!! Very interesting combination of rich and sweet, yet it was a dry wine. Good accompaniment to the chicken stir fry dinner and very refreshing sipping without food. A lively, fresh white wine that was a great value.
