He said:Chilled before drinking. As close to zero color as possibly. The condensation on the outside of the glass had more color than the wine. Fresh, crisp tropical fruit and ripe melon aromas. Smooth, very flavorful taste of mineral and melon. A strong finish with delicious tart crispness that goes on and on. NICE Gavi. Very fresh, flavorful and with a very long tasty finish, but there were hints of medicinal taste at the end of the finish. EXCELLENT drinking alone before dinner and delicious with the strong cardamon flavor in the chicken. A nice Gavi that’s very easy drinking.
She said: The clear light color is the perfect introduction to the wine. Light, airy scent of tropical fruit followed by a delicate airy taste of mineral mixed in. Light body with crispness that lasted into the medium long finish. Very easy drinking. And, I fear none will be left when dinner arrives. Dinner arrived in good time and went well with the wine especially with the seven spice chicken.
