Chilled before drinking. Clear, wheat straw color. Unusual aromas of cinnamon, banana, wet pastry and hints of freshly cut lime. Smooth, crisp, slightly tart, light body that’s sumptuous with apple, sweet spices and Brie cheese flavors that finishes with cinnamon and a tart ending. It drinks like the score of Dvorak melody…lively, festive and yet grounded in modern tradition. Excellent Gavi that we will buy again.
