He said: Slightly chilled before drinking. Light green-yellow color. Quite strong citrus, fresh cut grass and ripe stone fruit aromas. Very slight creamy mouth-feel and a fresh crisp pear and citrus fruit taste that continues through a long smooth finish that has hints of tartness at the end. In a word DELICIOUS. Great balance of acidity and fruit flavor. Excellent drinking alone and a terrific pairing with the flavorful salmon. Simply a wonderful lunch time wine.
She said: A delicious perfume-like aroma was followed by a mellow fruity taste. Dry, a bit creamy and with just enough acidity to make it interesting. The wine ended with a long memorable finish that was full of flavor. I sure hope Ray buys this one again!
