He said: Chilled before serving. Very light wheat straw color. Floral and mineral with a tad of citrus aroma. Quite strong citrus taste that ends in a dry, tart long finish with lots of mineral. WOW, WOW…this went VERY VERY well with the lemon chicken and was GREAT sipping after dinner. Wonderful freshness, flavorful and a long dry dusty limestone finish. And, at only $11.70 it’s a GREAT BARGAIN. Try this with Greek (lemon) chicken and you will love the pairing.
She said: With the light golden color and floral bouquet this wine was a great introduction to our Greek dinner full of flavors of lemon, olive oil and oregano. The flavors of the wine complemented the dinner nicely and lasted into the medium long finish with a slight tartness at the very end. The acidity was especially pleasing with the salad as well as with the lemon in the chicken. A delightful pairing experience and a bargain wine at $11.70
