Tasting:

He said: Chilled before opening. Golden yellow with a tint of green. Non-existent aroma. Smooth and crisp mouth-feel; fresh cut apple taste with quite a lot of mineral that continues through the long, slightly tart finish. Very easy drinking, refreshing acidity, quite neutral flavors and probably good with almost all seafood and poultry. We have had this often at the OutWest restaurant with salmon & orange sauce and liked the pairing very well. VERY NICE and so food friendly it’s probably a winner almost all the time. I especially like the light crispness and flavorful tart finish. Two thumbs up from me for an EXCELLENT 8-year old white burgundy.

She said: Golden yellow, clear, numerous well moving legs. No discernable aroma and a very light flavor at first. With a medium body, the wine was smooth and crisp and developed more flavor on the back of the palate. The finish was long and continued the pleasant flavors that appeared earlier. We enjoy this wine with the salmon dinner at the OutWest restaurant and enjoy it now at home because it is easy drinking and food friendly. Good with all parts of the dinner and I would have it again, actually we have had it more than once.
