Chilled before drinking. Clear, dark oat straw color. Rich apple, pear, peach, apricot and lemon aromas. Smooth, very slightly creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a 200-grit texture. Classic Chardonnay dominant flavors of apple, lemon and quince with a soft mineral background. Wonderful crisp acidity and a long nutty finish. This was a great find, with and without food and it was delicious, refreshing and contained the tastes of traditional white Burgundy. The sales person in the shop said it was a good value and he was right. We called it a delicious white Burgundy that was an excellent value.
