Chilled before drinking. Clear wheat straw color. Lemon, quince, apple and citrus blossom floral aromas with persistent hints of hazelnut. Smooth, very rich slightly creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a 200-grit texture. Abounding fresh quince, lemon, lime and juicy Bartlett pear flavors. Formidable edgy acidity and a long sumptuous finish. WOW, a vivacious and slightly edgy Chardonnay that went well with the meal. The light mineral taste gave it a solid spine all the way through the finish and made it very delicious sipping after the meal. It was a good value white Burgundy.
