Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear with a pale pink tint. Light damp earth, sweet licorice, freshly cut pine wood and hints of floral aromas. Silky smooth, dusty and dry mouthfeel, light to medium body and a 400-grit texture. Pronounced Mandarin Orange taste with lemon custard and Key Lime pie flavors. Crisp acidity and a medium-length lemon, lime and dry underlying mineral finish. When we first poured the wine its rosy color was surprising and took us back, but the amazing tastes that followed were simply WOW!!! In a few words it was fresh and refreshing with voluptuous flavors. Fantastic paired with the scallops and a superb sipping wine. It made the scallops into a memorable dinner and we loved it!!!
