Chilled before drinking. Clear, dark oat straw color. Strong citrus, melon, fresh apple and musky Kieffer pear aromas. Very smooth, tart, dry and slightly creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a 200-grit texture. Powerful green apple, dusty mineral, melon and uncooked Kieffer pear flavors. Just on the edge of crisp acidity and a long finish dominated by a unique mineral character and apple. WOW, very nice white wine blend. We have chicken Marsala often and this wine pairs perfectly and it’s one of the best pairings we have had with it. We called it a VERY EXHILARATING Italian white.
