Chilled before drinking. Clear, pale wheat straw color with a green tint. Fresh cut green hay, a damp limestone spring house and lavender aromas. Smooth, slightly creamy with a fresh svelte mouthfeel, 400-grit texture and a solid medium body. Apple, citrus and pear flavors, a little crispness…but, fairly light acidity and a long dry mineral finish. WOW, WOW, WOW this was a delicious white wine!!! Vegetative, super east drinking and a unique austere character. Excellent sipping wine; but we both said it would make a great house white and we wished we were eating broiled sole. If you can’t go to Provence, just sit on the patio and sip this fresh wine…it’s the next best thing to being there!!!
