He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, very light wheat straw color with a slight spritz. Light citrus and ripe melon aromas. Fantastic crisp, bubbly mouth-feel that immediately goes into a smooth flavorful taste that includes lemon and tangerine and is just off-dry. All this finishes slightly tart and with hints of limestone minerality. WONDERFUL, crisp, refreshing, low alcohol, EASY DRINKING white wine…it’s the “PERFECT” summer white either with food or sipping during a warm afternoon on the patio. OUTSTANDING inexpensive Italian white that’s way, way under-valued and it gets an unconditional recommendation from me.
She said: Clear, very pale yellow color. Slightly effervescent, with a mild floral aroma that blossomed into a lemony flavor. The mouth feel was light, crisp and the effervescence added to the very accessible clean taste that lasted into the long finish. This is a very refreshing wine that was especially good with the salad, but was also delicious without food. It’s a great choice for a summer afternoon with a few nibbles. A fantastic value for the money and a very delicious white wine.
