Chilled before drinking. Clear, wheat straw color. Light melon, citrus and apple aromas with an ephemeral whiff of tropical fruit. Smooth, zesty and slightly creamy mouthfeel, medium body yet very light on its feet and a 200-grit texture. Rich ripe melon, lemon zest, chewy mineral, pineapple and apple flavors. Very nice crisp acidity and a VERY long lemon and mineral tasting finish. WOW, maybe not an exciting wine; however, it was mellow, flavorful, delicious and easy drinking. Great paired with food and great as a sipping wine. We both commented that if it had a flaw it was the light bouquet although it did improve as it warmed. We loved it, called it OUTSTANDING and strongly recommend it.
