He said: Chilled before drinking. Pale golden color. Light quince and tropical fruit aromas. Smooth and delicious tropical taste that dramatically changes to a fairly strong tart quince flavored finish. VERY good Spanish white. It was delicious drinking alone and even better with the lamb. A Spanish white with lots of character. I loved it!!!
She said: Light citrus combined with melon in the nose led to a flavor more melon than citrus before the citrus emerged with bitterness in the finish. Towards the end of the finish the tropical fruit made a presence reminding me of the swans in Swan Lake. I didn’t bond with the wine at first but after I ate the dinner I found it delicious.
