He said: Chilled before drinking. Pale lemon color with lots of green tint. Strong citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Quite intense taste with dryness, crispness and deep tropical fruit flavors and LOTS of mineral. A long finish with powerful tart flavors that end with a slightly bitterness. GREAT sipping before lunch and EXCELLENT with the salmon. The combination of fruit, crispness and delicious mineral taste made this a VERY NICE lunch-time wine with our salmon.
She said: Refreshing tropical fruit flavor is followed by a smooth almost creamy taste with a tad of tartness at the end of the long finish. It’s medium dryness and acidity make it a good accompaniment for both the soup and salad. It was not good with the asparagus or spinach (too bad, but not essential) and very nice with the salmon.
