Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, light golden color. Earthy aroma with hints of floral. Rich, delicious vegetative and tropical tastes that go on and on and end with a scrumptious minerality. WOW, succulent, smooth and fairly heavy body; but the dry, unique mineral and flavorful taste really makes it special. Very good with the garlic chicken, but truly MEMORABLE with the “right out of the oven” fresh bread. Delicious, excellent price and simply a GREAT French white wine!!!

She said: Clear golden yellow color. Lots of mellow floral aromas that introduces an abundance of flavors with a relentless full-bodied and a smooth dry mouth-feel. The finish was long and full of flavor. The wine was delicious with chicken, stood up to the garlic in the salad and made the bread swoon.
