Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, light oat straw color. Caramel, honey unripe musk Mellon and pear aromas. Strong dry taste with lots of pineapple and tart lemon and grapefruit. But the finish is NOTEWORTHY, with continued tastes, vibrant crisp acidity, nice mineral and a slightly tart ending. Absolutely perfect with the salad, but drinking alone after dinner I just didn’t want the bottle to be empty. This is just a GREAT dry white wine that would go with almost everything. A few years ago we were in Santorini and sat down in a restaurant that had a to-die-for-view at about 11 o:clock and just stayed drinking white wine and eating till we had to leave to catch the boat at 4 pm. This wine brings it all back!!! So if you can’t get to Santorini today, get a bottle of this and capture a bit of the enchanting isle. This wine is like honey nectar that’s tart.

She said: Light golden color, clear with lots of irregularly spaced thin zippy legs. Starting with the heady aroma with hints of honey the wine was a gem! The flavors burst forth in the mouth and were complemented by dryness and a medium body. As the wine finished a tartness emerged as the wine ended with a long tasty finish. It was excellent with the dinner and heightened the flavors of the different greens while complementing the feta cheese and turkey. This is a wonderful wine at $18.90.
