He said: Chilled before drinking. Pale greenish color. Fresh and lively, a tad of floral and light lemon aromas. SMOOTH, light lemon, pear and hops in the taste that’s very mild and ends with a mild crisp nut flavor and a medium-long finish. In a word it’s MILD!!! But, very delicious and with a wonderful touch of acidity goes well with food and is one of those light/refreshing wines that’s PERFECT for lunch. Excellent paired with the soup and the turkey reuben sandwich. This get two thumbs up from me. A FANTASTIC lunch time wine that’s very easy drinking.
She said: Clear with numerous thin speedy legs. Very mild aroma with hints of musty hay followed by mild flavors of fruit with the acidity dominating the scene. The finish was long and dry. Nice pairing with the paella where the acidity cut through the sauce and richness. Equally good as a sipping wine. A versatile wine that was excellent with our lunch, it was light and pleasant through the meal. A delicious wine.
