Chilled before drinking. Clear, oat straw color. Unimpaired and enticing fresh apple, ripe honeydew melon and whiffs of blooming honeysuckle aromas. Smooth, rich and stalwart chalky mineral mouthfeel, medium to full body and a 200-grit texture. Very prominent flavors of apple, juicy pear, apricot, a glimmer of lemon and nondescript nutty flavors. DELICIOUS crisp acidity and a long thirst quenching finish that leaves an alluring limestone mineral and nutty taste in the mouth. WOW, WOW, WOW what a fresh and scrumptious white wine. It was superb paired with the white chili and was an excellent sipping wine after the dinner. Right from the first pour we both commented that is was really delectable. Every sip instills an image of a cool mountain stream in the Alps. We simply called it Outstanding and a great value!!!
