Chilled before drinking. Crystal clear, oat straw color. Musty green apple, citrus and faint floral aromas. Smooth, dry, very dusty and lively mouthfeel, light to medium body and a 150-grit texture. Lemon, lime and hard rock mineral flavors, Nice bright acidity and a long mineral and citrus finish. WOW there is very little California sunshine in this bottle…it was fresh and refined. Delicious paired with the Salmon dish and equal or better sipping without food after the dinner. It was both savory and and refreshing. We called it a transcendent white wine that’s a real “keeper”.
