He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear with just a tint of golden color. Fresh citrus and grassy aromas with a hint of tropical fruit. Crisp citrus and melon taste with a nutty flavor that carries through the finish. Hints of a slight sweet taste and strong acidity make an interesting mouth feel, but it was smooth and easy drinking when sipped before dinner and simply GREAT paired with the shrimp. This is a wine that is clearly on our “not bad” list and I woud describe it as a nice fair to middling Spanish white.
She said: Light straw color with light citrus aroma that leads to a smooth slightly citrus taste. With a light body and low alcohol content it makes for very easy drinking. The grilled shrimp were delicious and even better with the wine. The salad and vegetables faired well also although I kept the spinach away from the wine.
