Chilled before drinking. Slightly cloudy, wheat straw color. Strong delicious yeasty aromas with hints of apple and gardenia blossoms just beginning to open. Dry, light effervescence and slightly creamy mouthfeel, light body and a 200-grit texture. Wonderful clear, clean tastes of lemon, apple and fresh baked bread. Crisp acidity and a long finish that was as clean as a sheet of linen. Easy drinking with bubbles and tastes that simply glide across the palate. It’s a bargain Prosecco worthy of serving at a princess’s wedding!!!
