He said: Chilled before drinking. Slight cloudiness, light wheat straw color. Fresh baked bread and yeasty aromas. Dry, refreshing fine bubbles and light body; with a mellow nutty and pear taste. A medium-length finish that ends with a slight tart effervesce. Excellent with the cheese and very refreshing drinking alone. A delicious Prosecco that’s very unique.
She said: Light straw yellow, cloudy, illusive legs. Don’t expect the usual aroma or taste when you drink this Prosecco because you will not get them. Expect, instead, a new experience that may broaden you taste in wine. The aroma had scents of fresh apples just cut, while the aroma continue the apple with the addition of musty flavors. The body was light and the mouth feel smooth and silky. The long finish was more of the same delicious apple flavor. AT $16 dollars it was a “buy again” wine.
