Tasting:

He said: Served chilled. Crystal clear with sparkling tiny bubbles. Musty damp earth and light honey suckle aromas. Strong taste of lemon and fresh honey suckle. The finish had a taste of slightly tart lemonade and lots of strong minerals. Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This gives a whole new definition to the word “yummy”…it’s smooth and creamy, yet layered with tastes of fruit and minerals. Champagne is never inexpensive, but I would say this is worth every penny and more. “The” drink fit for Kings or anyone’s special occasion.

She said: Soft as a bunny’s tail this champagne is delicious. With the strawberries it was a smash hit. Delicate and citrus it is refreshing but substantial with a tad of tartness at the end. Like other “real” Champagnes it is expensive, but there is nothing like it. If you have the bucks it is a very good buy.
