He said: Chilled before opening. A mix of watermelon and salmon color. Slight dusty aroma. VERY refreshing delicate strawberry taste with a slight effervescence that carries through the finish with an interesting mix of lively acidity and sugar. WOW, a Rosè that is almost like a semi-sweet Champagne. The effervescence makes it sooooo refreshing, it’s a tad fruity sweet, smooth as silk and very easy drinking. Probably not the best wine to pair with artichokes, but it was very good alone. Nice, light and refreshing summer time Rosè.
She said: With light aroma or flavor on the palate it was disappointing, but the effervescence makes it very refreshing. With or without the artichoke the wine was to much like soda pop for my taste.
