He said: Chilled before drinking. Crystal clear, light ruby color (it’s very dark for a rosè). Nice fruit bouquet with a hint of floral. Intense, dry, tart red fruit taste that carries all the way through the medium-long finish that has VERY delicious hints of smoke and mineral. In a word…OUTSTANDING!!! And, every bit up to the Château Musar wines (see our review of Chateau Musar Gaston Hochar 2005). The balance of this wine is PERFECT and it’s near the very top of “My Favorite Rosè List”.
She said: One look at the brilliant red color of this wine led me to believe it was great and I was not disappointed. The delicate sweet aroma let to a delicious flavor that was good sipping alone or with the crackers and mild cheese. With a medium body and smooth silky taste it is a delicious rosè. At $16 it is a very good buy and I heartily recommend it.
