Chilled before drinking. Clear, pale salmon color. Classic strawberry along with cherry, current and faint mushroom aromas. Silky smooth, crisp & dry mouthfeel, medium body and a 400-grit texture. Strong strawberry, cherry, raspberry and lemon flavors intertwined with stony mineral. Gobs of zippy acidity and a long bitter finish that ends with a musky California grapefruit bitterness in the aftertaste. The fruit and mineral were good, the abundant acidity was good, but the extended bitter aftertaste became a little to dominant. Very refreshing with the dry freshness and an excellent “patio Rosé”. Easygoing yet exhilarating Rosé.
