Chilled before drinking. Clear, very light salmon color. Citrus, ripe melon, raspberry and new leather aromas with hints of strawberry. Smooth entry, dry, fresh and zesty mouthfeel, light to medium body and a 150-grit texture. Watermelon, mineral and strawberry taste. Wonderful crisp acidity and a long mineral and slightly bitter licorice finish. Very nice easy drinking Rosé that’s both refreshing and intriguing. Not a Provence rosé, but an excellent alternative that deserves top billing!!!. We called it a delightful and tantalizing Rosé.
