Chilled before drinking. Clear, pale salmon color. Light strawberry aromas. Zesty, dry and tart mouthfeel, light body and 150-grit texture. Strawberry, tart lemon and lots of dusty mineral flavors. Fresh, but only medium acidity and a very upbeat and zesty finish. Simple, easy drinking, refreshing and charming. Excellent paired with the Moroccan flavors in the dinner. We called it a vibrant mineral-driven Rosé.
