He said: Clear, light salmon color. Damp earth, moist leather and ripe current aromas. Slightly tart watermelon and strawberry taste and a long smooth finish. Delicious rosé, it’s full of flavor, minerality and almost creamy. It drinks like a red wine with intoxicating silkiness.
She said: The color is beguiling and sets the wine up for success. With fruity bouquet and flavor, plus a medium body this is a smooth silky rosé that would be delicious with strawberries, green salad, or shrimp just to name a few foods. It was not good with the lentil soup but was a treat as a sipping wine afterwards
