He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, pale salmon color. Damp earth aroma with hints of red fruit. “Old World” style, dry, flavorful, light and refreshing…what more could you look for in a Rosé? It may not be a French Bandol Rosé, but it’s jumping up and down delicious and simply OUTSTANDING local Virginia Rosé. I would recommend it without reservation…and at $15 it’s a bargain too.
She said: Clear, apricot color. With its musty aroma this Rosé swept me away! And to think it comes from Virginia! WOW…my faith in East Coast wines is being restored. This was a very smooth, flavorful rose with a medium body, and long tasty finish. At $15.30 it is a bargain Rosé and I recommend it and look forward to having it again.
