-
Opened and decanted 60-minutes before drinking. Clear, ruby color with a light purple rim. Abundant and long-lasting raspberry, cranberry and sage aromas. Smooth entry, sumptuous mouthfeel, dry and tart, 200-grit texture and a medium to full body. Intense fruity taste with ripe cherry and raspberry flavors. Fresh acidity, strong grippy tannins that reminded us of fresh-brewed English breakfast tea and a noteworthy spicy, bitter and mouth filling finish. WOW, another fantastic Turley Zinfandel that’s one of their best with its rich, fresh layers of flavors. Excellent pairing with the Mexican dinner and an absolutely delightful sipping wine after the dinner. This is one of our favorite Turley Zinfandels.
