He said: Dark ruby red color. Very nice dark berry bouquet. Delicious plum taste and a medium-long dry finish. The soft, supple tannins are wonderful. This is an outstanding robust wine that was great from the first sip to the last.
She said: Delicious fruity aroma, medium body with moderate tannins. Tasty medium dry finish. Very good balance and a good buy at $12.99.
Comments: Compared to a Rioja this has a smoother texture but similar robust flavor; but the balance of tannins is as good or better than even the Grand Reserva Rioja.
